What you will do

• Lead the strategy, setup, and execution of automated email lifecycle workflows, including renewal, churn prevention, and nurture programs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with clients to translate business objectives into strategic email campaigns and deliver actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Engineering, and Product teams to align automation with broader services.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in campaign reporting while implementing process improvements to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on email marketing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Emarsys, or WhatCounts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign performance data.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k benefits).
