Location: Must be based in the DC/Baltimore/VA area. Position requires 80% travel to visit clients in-store Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within the assigned portfolio.
• Drive engagement and growth of existing accounts by educating clients on product use and recommending new solutions.
• Ensure the successful delivery of software solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics for both the client and internal management.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct product training and provide swift solutions for high-severity requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS in the automotive industry.
• Proven account management experience, specifically in Fixed Ops.
• Ability to communicate and influence at the owner, executive, and GM levels.
• Valid driver's license and dependable safe transportation.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time, including domestic flights and car rentals.
• Must be located in the DC, Baltimore, or Virginia region to visit clients daily.
