What you will do

  • Lead discovery, demos, architecture deep-dives, and POCs for the largest strategic prospects.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a senior team of Solution Engineers, setting the standard for technical storytelling.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on deal strategy to translate CXP capabilities into executive-level outcomes.
  • Design scalable demos, reference architectures, and POC frameworks to ensure repeatability.
  • Convert competitive signals and product gaps into actionable input for the product roadmap.
  • Own SE metrics, forecasting inputs, and capacity planning for the function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solution/Sales Engineering, with 5+ years leading SE teams.
  • Proven track record of winning large enterprise deals in CX, contact center, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep technical expertise in LLM evaluation, security, data residency, and integrations with Genesys, Amazon Connect, or Salesforce.
  • Executive presence with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of CX.
  • Experience building pre-sales playbooks and processes from the ground up.
  • Must be based in the US (implied by benefits and location).
