Senior Manager, Sales Development (Sales/GTM): Leading the Sales Development organization in the APAC region to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth with an accent on outbound strategy and leadership development. Salary: $95,000 - $106,800 USD (Base)

What you will do
- Define and execute the outbound sales development strategy for the APAC region.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of SDR Managers and their direct reports.
- Coach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders to achieve outbound pipeline generation goals.
- Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders, Growth, and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality and quantity.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement strategies for increasing SDR effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and professional development of sales talent.
Requirements
- Experience in a second-line leadership role focusing on prospecting in the APAC region.
- Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
- Strong sales acumen, with experience in a closing role strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Must be based in the APAC region.
- English: Proficiency required (CV must be submitted in English).
