TL;DR

Pre-Sales AI Consultant (AI): Supporting customers in evaluating and scaling AI-powered digital adoption solutions with an accent on aligning AI strategies with business objectives. Focus on leading technical discovery, delivering AI-focused proofs of concept, and bridging market insights to product engineering.

Location: Hybrid (USA): Must be based in San Francisco, New York City, Raleigh, or Austin

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives and Presales teams to lead consultative evaluations of hirify.global AI.
  • Conduct AI-focused discovery sessions and guide customers through solution design considerations.
  • Build and deliver customized product demonstrations that communicate the value of AI capabilities.
  • Manage technical proofs of concept (PoCs) both remotely and onsite.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted AI advisor for customer stakeholders.
  • Provide structured feedback on product gaps and market trends to Product Management and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in generative and contextual AI, including LLMs, AI architectures, and prompt development.
  • 7–8 years of experience in SaaS in a presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture capacity.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering compelling technical walkthroughs and demonstrations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology environments and AI deployment models.
