Salary: $128,470–$208,770

What you will do

• Translate high-level strategy into actionable product roadmaps and detailed user stories.
• Lead continuous discovery and solution validation with operators and site managers.
• Own the product backlog, ensuring 2-3 sprints of work are always ready for development.
• Act as the execution shield for engineering teams to minimize scope changes and unplanned work.
• Collaborate with UX/Design and engineering leadership to ensure technical health and usability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery of integrated system features.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available)
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Dayton, Ohio
• Demonstrable professional experience in product management or engineering.
• Experience with the full system product development cycle.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align global stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into market requirements.

• Experience with grade control or construction machine workflows.
• Background in automotive component development.
