What you will do

  • Define and lead the strategic direction and roadmap for a suite of digital platform products.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers to elevate execution and strategic thinking.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and architecture to design and deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • Define KPIs and monitor product performance to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and ensure visibility into roadmap priorities for executive leadership.
  • Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and the total cost of ownership for assigned product areas.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or coaching role.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong background in Agile product delivery and modern product management practices.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise-scale systems.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in infrastructure, identity, networking, or platform services.
