Location: Hybrid (on-site Tue, Wed, Thu at HQ in Maple Plain, MN). Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $107,400 - $161,000 a year

What you will do

• Define and execute infrastructure programs aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and delivery plans across various IT domains.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Coordinate initiatives across Identity, Email, Collaboration, Endpoints, and Back-office systems.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within ITIL frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Experience with Waterfall, Kanban, and Azure DevOps methodologies.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure or operations environments.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with endpoint tools such as Intune, SCCM, Desktop Central, or JAMF.
• Exposure to ERP/HRIS systems and cloud environments.
• Experience in digital manufacturing, B2B marketplaces, supply chain, or e-commerce.
