Salary: $140,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Own internal factory software initiatives end-to-end from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous operational challenges into structured, build-ready software requirements and detailed specifications.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Convert physical manufacturing workflows into scalable, efficient, and automated digital systems.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria while anticipating system interactions and data dependencies.
• Establish measurable success criteria and track business benefits realized through deployed system capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operationally complex environments.
• Experience building software that supports physical processes (MES, ERP, industrial systems, or similar).
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason through multi-process environments and dependencies.
• Proven ability to distill ambiguous problems into structured and actionable requirements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Exposure to early-stage or 0–1 product development.
• Technical academic background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with complex internal tools or operational software.
