Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or report to offices in Mountain View, CA or Warren, MI. No immigration sponsorship provided.

Salary: $134,700 – $245,000

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for agentic execution environments, MCP ecosystem, and AI-powered code review.
• Drive developer adoption of agentic workflows through training, feedback loops, and cross-team projects.
• Shape vendor strategy for AI tooling to ensure internal investments amplify external capabilities.
• Map the ADAS ecosystem and define migration priorities for a unified build and integration platform.
• Quantify the business case for ecosystem convergence to improve engineering velocity.
• Translate complex technical concepts into strategic briefings for VP and executive audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure.
• Deep technical credibility with build systems, CI/CD, monorepos, and the developer inner/outer loop.
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered developer tools, LLM applications, or agentic workflows.
• Ability to use telemetry and user research for data-driven prioritization.
• Must have valid US work authorization; GM does not provide immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Background in build/CI infrastructure (Bazel, Buildkite, Remote Build Execution).
• Experience with DORA metrics or developer experience measurement.
• Experience in automotive, robotics, embedded systems, or safety-critical software.
