TL;DR

Business Development Representative - EMEA (German Speaking) (AI): Identifying and advancing complex enterprise opportunities for the AI platform with an accent on strategic outbound prospecting and executive engagement. Focus on turning product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into high-conviction enterprise deployments.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression.
  • Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signals.
  • Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and assess enterprise readiness.
  • Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
  • Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles in finance or consulting.
  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior C-Suite stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical buyers.
