TL;DR

Account Executive, Beneficial Deployments (AI): Driving adoption of safe frontier AI by securing strategic partnerships with nonprofit organisations across EMEA with an accent on Spanish-speaking markets and complex procurement processes. Focus on managing six-figure enterprise deal cycles, navigating diverse regulatory frameworks (GDPR), and expanding AI deployment in the social impact sector.

Location: Hybrid (London or Dublin preferred). Must be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Compensation: €155,000 – €205,000 (OTE) / £145,000 – £195,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Win new business and drive revenue within EMEA nonprofit organisations, including INGOs, foundations, and social enterprises.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to EMEA market dynamics and regulatory environments.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and procurement processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Serve as the regional expert on EMEA nonprofit market dynamics and provide insights to inform product roadmaps.
  • Build strategic relationships with technology platforms, consultants, and sector networks to expand market reach.
  • Partner with SF-based teams to adapt global sales methodologies and best practices for EMEA markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience prospecting and closing leads in EMEA markets, specifically Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Proven track record of managing six-figure enterprise deal cycles.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish and fluency in English.
  • Experience selling to organisations with federated structures or matrix decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within Spanish-speaking nonprofit, INGO, or social sector communities.
  • Experience working with FCDO, GIZ, or EU institutions.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit technology ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Blackbaud, CiviCRM).
  • Understanding of international development funding mechanisms.
