What you will do

• Manage front-of-house operations, including visitor access, deliveries, and mail distribution.
• Coordinate quarterly Town Halls, monthly social events, and offsite meetings.
• Oversee office supplies procurement, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and facility management to ensure meeting rooms and office spaces are ready daily.
• Support HR with new joiner inductions and health & safety building tours.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendors, including cleaners, tech support, and building management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Office Management, or Event Coordination.
• Proven experience planning and delivering internal events such as town halls and offsites.
• Experience with budget tracking, procurement, and expense reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day office logistics.
• Basic knowledge of workplace compliance, record keeping, and health & safety practices.
• Ability to work onsite in London, Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm.
