What you will do

• Improve the overall workplace experience across global offices.
• Manage workplace programs, including meals, snacks, wellness support, and employee services.
• Coordinate employee workspace setup and provide ergonomic support.
• Prepare equipment and workspaces for new joiners.
• Maintain office organization, quality, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and office operations partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or office operations.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in high-growth startups is preferred.
