Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Leading relationships with growth and mid-market communications platform customers with an accent on messaging, voice, and email services. Location: Remote (US). Note: Not eligible for hire in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or the San Francisco Bay Area (including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose). Additionally, specific compensation ranges are provided for certain states, but the role is restricted from hiring in CA, CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, DC, and WA.
Compensation: $132,192 – $183,600 (varies by location), plus commissions and equity.

What you will do
- Manage and expand relationships with key retail customer accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and gross profit.
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, finance, support, and services.
- Conduct consultative sales cycles with a focus on discovery and customer advocacy.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts within Salesforce.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within regulated vertical account portfolios.
Requirements
- 7+ years of total sales experience, with at least 3 years in major account or strategic sales.
- Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Experience leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
- Ability to influence business and technical leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states and regions).
Nice to have
- Domain expertise in telecom, CPaaS, SMS aggregators, or global communications platforms.
- Experience in highly quantitative industries like DevOps, Fintech, or investment banking.
- Proven success in selling Software, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
