TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth and managing complex enterprise sales cycles for a Digital Employee Experience platform with an accent on territory planning, executive-level demand generation, and value-based selling. Focus on evangelizing the DEX category, identifying business pains related to IT productivity and AI adoption, and closing large-scale enterprise deals.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid/Remote model)

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 (Base Salary)

What you will do

  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to drive new business revenue.
  • Prospect aggressively into enterprise accounts to develop a high-quality pipeline.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, and Security departments.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery, business case development, and proof-of-concept alignment.
  • Evangelize the DEX category and educate customers on the value of AI-powered IT automation.
  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, channel, and solution consulting to advance opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of quota overachievement and building territory from the ground up.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to connect technology to measurable business outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and reside within the country.
  • Discipline in territory planning, forecasting, and deal execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling disruptive or category-creating technology.
  • Strong partner ecosystem mindset and experience working with channel or alliance partners.
