TL;DR

CX Specialist, Strategic Accounts (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers by driving expansion, retention, and long-term value through the Unified-CXM platform with an accent on consultative selling and AI-powered transformation. Focus on building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders, identifying whitespace opportunities, and navigating complex sales cycles to achieve measurable growth.

Location: Remote (United States). Team members within 40 miles of the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters are expected to work onsite four days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts focused on expansion and long-term value.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Identify and drive complex expansion opportunities across UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business goals.
  • Lead consultative conversations regarding operational efficiency and digital transformation.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve account research, planning, and workflow productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or consultative SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting CCaaS, UCaaS, CX, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving quota in high-performance sales environments.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings and events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
  • Background managing strategic accounts with 2,500+ employee organizations.
  • Familiarity with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Power user of AI-enabled tools for workflow automation and productivity.
