What you will do
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
- Lead and collaborate with a pod structure including SDRs, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineers.
- Manage complex sales cycles for six to seven-figure deals using established methodologies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and data integrity within Salesforce.
- Participate in strategy setting and team-building activities to drive company growth.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 35%).
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
- Expertise in MEDDPIC or Challenger-based sales methodologies.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to own client relationships and drive growth.
- Ability to act as a team quarterback in a collaborative pod environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k/US benefits).
