What you will do
- Act as the technical face of the platform in client interactions, identifying solutions to complex business challenges.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to support high-value engagements and technical guidance.
- Collect and structure actionable product feedback from clients to influence the product roadmap.
- Translate client use cases into clear product requirements for internal engineering and product teams.
- Support GTM initiatives and product launches, particularly in non-Amazon retail media and DSP capabilities.
- Develop practical content such as demos, ROI models, and solution guides for internal teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, France, or Germany.
- Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA for client meetings and industry events.
- Solid grounding in programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate needs into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in brand media, ad tech, retail media, or solutions consulting.
- Structured thinking and clear communication skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP.
- Experience with The Trade Desk.
