What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives to improve patient retention, LTV, and contribution margin.
  • Redesign patient journeys to reduce friction and increase long-term treatment adherence.
  • Drive performance in the operating model by optimizing triage, QA, and knowledge management.
  • Define and operationalize world-class service levels (SLAs) and capacity planning for scale.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to build automation and workflow tooling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Pharmacy, and Growth to resolve systemic patient experience issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-velocity environments, including consulting/banking and 1-2 years in strategy or operations at a startup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into structured hypotheses.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to handle nitty-gritty operational tasks.
  • Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Background in building products that drive behavior change.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
