What you will do
- Own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives to improve patient retention, LTV, and contribution margin.
- Redesign patient journeys to reduce friction and increase long-term treatment adherence.
- Drive performance in the operating model by optimizing triage, QA, and knowledge management.
- Define and operationalize world-class service levels (SLAs) and capacity planning for scale.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build automation and workflow tooling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Pharmacy, and Growth to resolve systemic patient experience issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-velocity environments, including consulting/banking and 1-2 years in strategy or operations at a startup.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous challenges into structured hypotheses.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on presenting complex ideas clearly.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to handle nitty-gritty operational tasks.
- Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
