What you will do

• Design and implement the end-to-end engagement model for onboarding large-scale food retailers and their supplier networks.
• Orchestrate complex stakeholder groups including buyers, sustainability leads, QA teams, and IT across diverse supplier tiers.
• Develop AI-native tooling and reusable assets to accelerate the onboarding process for new product categories.
• Manage the transition of live customers to the Customer Success team with clear documentation and risk assessments.
• Drive category expansion by adapting onboarding architectures to handle unique data situations and regulatory layers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain operations, procurement, data analytics, or regulatory implementation.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing engagement or onboarding models.
• Fluent English required; German or Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across the full supply chain, from corporate leadership to local producers.
• Hunger to leverage AI and agentic workflows as a primary scaling lever.
