What you will do

• Design and execute the onboarding model for a new product compliance category, from scoping to go-live.
• Conceptualize and run discovery sessions, regulatory mapping workshops, and data-readiness assessments.
• Productize repeatable delivery work into templates, in-app guides, and e-learning assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to transform implementation friction into product backlog items.
• Manage the hand-off to Customer Success, documenting models and identifying cross-sell opportunities for Sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, product compliance, EHS, or regulatory implementation.
• Proven track record of productizing bespoke services into scalable, repeatable formats.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and operations teams.
• Fluent English; German is strongly preferred.
• Readiness to integrate agentic AI workflows into the delivery process.
