Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office required).

What you will do

• Own and lead end-to-end strategic projects, including market analysis, business case development, and execution planning.
• Drive the development of EMEA Distribution strategic priorities, annual plans, and sub-regional growth strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clarity of scope, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
• Act as a senior connector across Distribution, Product, Investments, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, executive discussions, and cross-regional planning sessions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best-practice project management and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Frankfurt office (4 days/week).
• Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional strategic projects with senior-level exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA asset management distribution landscape and client segment trends.
• Ability to simplify complexity and craft compelling executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or leading M&A activity (due diligence, deal execution, or integration).
• Proven experience in asset management strategy or business management in a global/EMEA context.
• European language skills (Italian, Spanish, or German).
