What you will do

• Lead OD workstreams within large and complex transformation programmes.
• Develop operating models, organisational structures, governance, and role clarity.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a senior advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of OD deliverables across engagements.
• Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within the OD teams.
• Contribute to the development of OD capability, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering organisation design and operating model engagements.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programmes.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Background in consulting or a comparable internal organisational design role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Location: Must be based in London for hybrid working

Nice to have

• Fluency in Microsoft Office and experience using AI-enabled tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
