What you will do

  • Lead and mentor distributed development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable development plans, backlogs, and task breakdowns.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including bug triage, release processes, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code to ensure efficient deployment.
  • Maintain team capacity, workload balance, and performance standards.
  • Own vulnerability response, security testing, and technical debt management processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Development Manager or equivalent with proven ownership of software development cycles.
  • Background in networking, infrastructure, or cloud-based development is a must.
  • Proven experience leading distributed teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Hands-on experience with development processes' certification.
  • Experience in open-source or open-core environments.
  • Proficiency in automation, AI, and Jira automation.
