What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of automation and software development engineers.
• Architect and maintain internal business applications, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Apply DevOps/SRE practices to build automated environments for internal and low-code platforms.
• Partner with business, security, and engineering teams to align on technical standards.
• Stay hands-on with design, code, and reviews to unblock the team and ensure execution.
• Foster an agile culture centered on best software development practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on technical capability (up to 50% of time).
• Extensive production-level experience with Python or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Profound understanding of SDLC, API architecture, Git, and CI/CD orchestration.
• Solid grounding in DevOps/SRE principles and IAM architecture (SCIM, SAML, OAuth).
• Proven knowledge of workflow engines like Zapier, Make, or N8N.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI toolsets, LLM APIs, and AI-assisted app development.
• Knowledge of MDM architectures like Jamf or Intune.
• Familiarity with modern cloud IAM systems such as Okta or Entra ID.
