Manager, Studio & Affiliate Partnerships (Media/Entertainment): Supporting and executing a portfolio of revenue-generating partnerships across studio, affiliate, and syndication lines of business with an accent on relationship management, deal tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving revenue performance, managing partner integrations, and optimizing go-to-market strategies for digital platforms.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City, California (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Support the execution, retention, and renewal of studio, affiliate, and syndication partnership deals.
• Maintain accurate tracking of partnership terms, metrics, and timelines in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Lead partner onboarding, guiding them through API capabilities and integration best practices.
• Identify friction points in workflows and recommend improvements to documentation and enablement processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day interactions and integration challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in building decks and reports.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for deal tracking and performance reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams and supporting API-based integrations.
• Understanding of affiliate monetization models and performance metrics.
• Experience with Atlassian and Asana.
