What you will do
- Execute core sales operations processes, including pipeline hygiene, forecast preparation, and operational cadence support.
- Manage commission calculations, payout reconciliation, and variable compensation tracking.
- Maintain capacity models, track ramp timelines, and conduct territory coverage analysis for annual planning.
- Serve as a bridge between GTM stakeholders and the technical systems team to document business requirements (BRDs) and implement enhancements.
- Configure and troubleshoot territory assignments and lead routing logic within Salesforce.
- Utilize GTM tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and data hygiene initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar GTM support function.
- Hands-on experience navigating, configuring, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Proficiency with sales engagement, conversational intelligence, or prospecting platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
- Familiarity with process documentation and RevOps best practices.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
