What you will do

• Own and nurture relationships with existing content partners and vendors.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to expand the content portfolio.
• Guide partners through course creation workflows to ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal instructional design, product, and compliance teams for course launches.
• Build and maintain documentation to improve partner communication and review processes.
• Monitor partner performance and address issues related to content delivery and updates.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in partner management, vendor management, content operations, or program management.
• Proven experience working with external vendors or digital content platforms.
• Strong ability to manage multiple partner relationships and complex timelines simultaneously.
• Comfort working within compliance-driven environments and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a high attention to detail.
