What you will do

• Design and conduct corporate training programs with an emphasis on complex claims education.
• Utilize adult learning principles to explain and demonstrate job tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to determine training objectives and create scalable learning materials.
• Facilitate instruction across various modalities including classroom, virtual, and e-learning.
• Monitor and communicate new hire performance during the training period.
• Maintain training records, oversee exams, and provide progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle, patient accounting, or business office settings.
• Understanding of provider and payer claim adjudication processes.
• Strong computer proficiency including MS Office and patient accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workers’ Compensation, Veterans Administration, MVA, or Medicaid claims.
• 1 year of relevant technical or revenue cycle training experience.
