What you will do

• Serve as the bridge between pedagogical strategy and UX/product implementation.
• Collaborate with local operating companies to define common learning outcomes and pedagogical approaches.
• Develop shared frameworks and tools for assessment, validation, and measurement of learning impact.
• Translate academic research in learning and cognitive science into actionable product guidance.
• Partner with user researchers to build learning validation into discovery and testing processes.
• Explore AI applications to support teaching and learning journeys.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or UX-adjacent educational roles.
• Hands-on experience working with UX and Product professionals in design processes like journey mapping or prototyping.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, curricula, and educational landscapes across Europe.
• English: C1 proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in an international environment with versatile stakeholders.
