TL;DR

Learning And Development Specialist (Education): Designing and implementing comprehensive L&D curricula and interactive learning solutions for the Customer Success organization with an accent on adult learning principles and data-driven success measures. Focus on bridging capability gaps through synchronous and asynchronous training and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to drive business impact.

Location: Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines. Hybrid: in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly (typically 3 days a week).

What you will do

• Conduct data-driven L&D needs assessments and define success measures in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create innovative, scenario-based curricula for domain expertise, leadership, and soft-skills development.
• Design interactive synchronous and asynchronous L&D solutions using Adult Learning Principles.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and provide training for new administrators.
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of L&D offerings through rigorous data collection and analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to align L&D design strategies with measurable business KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing instructor-led and web-based L&D solutions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing, mentoring, and developing L&D staff.
• Proficiency in LMS and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline 360.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Experience working with contact/call centers or in the remittance industry is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and Kirkpatrick program evaluation frameworks.
• Experience applying the 70/20/10 Learning Integration Model.
• Proficiency with Adobe applications (Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop).
• Basic understanding of web programming for creating online content.
