What you will do

• Own relationships with existing content and course partners, acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding, coordination, and performance management.
• Identify and evaluate new content partners aligned with hirify.global’s portfolio, assessing them on content quality, subject matter expertise, and commercial viability.
• Guide partners through course creation and submission workflows, ensuring courses meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and learner experience expectations.
• Work closely with compliance, product, content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth course launches and communicate partner needs.
• Build and maintain partner onboarding and course creation documentation, improving processes for communication, review cycles, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in partner management, vendor management, content operations, or program management.
• Experience working with external vendors or partners, content, education, or digital platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and timelines in compliance-driven environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech, training, certification, or compliance-driven education.
• Familiarity with accreditation or regulatory requirements.
• Experience onboarding and scaling partner ecosystems.
