TL;DR

Financial Services Trainer / Content Developer (Education/Fintech): Designing and maintaining high-quality technical learning materials and exams for Financial Services learners with an accent on CII materials and R06/AF5 assessment cycles. Focus on creating study guides, mock exams, and e-learning modules that align with CII exam expectations and current industry legislation.

Location: Fully remote, must be based in the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Develop full sets of technical CII study materials, including guides, mock exams, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Update and refresh content according to syllabus changes, budget announcements, and FCA updates.
  • Perform R06 case study and AF5 fact-find analysis to create predicted questions and technical commentary.
  • Ensure all materials are technically accurate and aligned with CII exam styles and difficulty levels.
  • Collaborate with Design and Delivery teams to replace outdated CII materials.

Requirements

  • Expertise in CII advanced qualifications and assessment formats.
  • Proven experience in writing technical content, e-learning, or study materials.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, specifically during R06/AF5 release cycles.
  • Strong written communication skills with a structured writing style.
  • Must be able to invoice via a registered limited company.

Nice to have

  • Competence with e-learning authoring tools such as Rise 360.
