What you will do

• Define clear, actionable learning objectives for each topic
• Produce, fact-check, and fine-tune lessons using AI-generation tools
• Design realistic hands-on projects and exercises for working engineers
• Write supporting materials including project instructions, rubrics, and reviewer guides
• Iterate on content based on feedback from LX designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of real-world experience as a Senior Systems Engineer
• Proven track record of designing and shipping systems at scale in a professional environment
• Strong English proficiency (C1+) as content is targeted at a US-based audience
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions and concepts clearly
• Experience or comfort using AI tools for content drafting and iteration
• Ability to commit 20-40 hours per week for a 4-6 month project duration
