What you will do

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and recorded technical training for diverse audiences.
• Design and maintain comprehensive training materials, including guides, labs, and assessments.
• Build scalable, application-based lab environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure training content aligns with product evolution.
• Mentor and coach other trainers on facilitation skills and technical depth.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near London with the ability to travel (25–50%).
• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or customer education.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience facilitating hands-on labs and technical workshops.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
