What you will do

• Serve as the primary RevOps point of contact for NAMER Sales Development Front Line Managers.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on SDR performance data to surface insights on outreach patterns and conversion rates.
• Manage day-to-day SDR operations, including Salesforce case management and territory administration.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales development process and optimize workflows and qualification criteria.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, dashboards, and reporting logic.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to streamline lead handoffs and AE/SDR collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment supporting SDR or Sales Development organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in SFDC reporting and Excel for analyzing large data sets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics, including ARR, win rates, and pipeline generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence sales leadership.
