What you will do

• Support the operations tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo.
• Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to optimize lead scoring and routing.
• Manage and automate data intake, cleansing, and enrichment to increase sales process efficiency.
• Develop standardized reports, dashboards, and metrics while providing enablement and support.
• Optimize the Salesforce database to categorize prospect profiles by geography, persona, and industry.
• Integrate feedback from Customer Success and Partner teams into the top-of-funnel strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Revenue, or Sales Operations.
• Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and GSuite.
• Analytical mindset with a background in data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
