What you will do

• Conduct needs analysis to create solutions that align with stated requirements and departmental standards.
• Manage project activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Partner with Technology Team members to provide expert advice and technical solutions.
• Research, create, and document comprehensive business requirements, processes, and technical specifications.
• Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring appropriate priority and escalation.
• Estimate the effort and business value for proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Intermediate-level experience in IT operations, programming, or software development.
• Proficient knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and redesign.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in English.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and technical environments.
