Analyst, Partner Success (West Palm Beach, Florida)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, USA; travel to schools and onsite partner visits required.

Salary: USD 60,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage school-partner relationships from onboarding through ongoing email, phone, and onsite touchpoints.
• Act as the primary contact for superintendents, principals, counselors, and other partner-organization leaders.
• Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and deepen engagement within partner schools.
• Gather partner feedback and relay it to inform platform improvements.
• Develop and track annual partner goals aligned with the organization's mission and strategic plan.
• Analyze student and family participation data while supporting improvements to partner-facing processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and work with new technologies and systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as an organized self-starter.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with school counselors and school leadership.
• Ability to travel to schools for onboarding meetings, ongoing touchpoints, and professional-development support.

Nice to have

• Experience in education or an education-related organization, such as high school teaching, high school counseling, or college-access counseling.
• Previous experience in Partner Success or Partnerships.
