TL;DR

Analyst, Partner Success (EdTech): Managing the full post-sale relationship with school partners to drive student participation and platform engagement with an accent on relationship building and data analysis. Focus on onboarding school leaders, gathering product feedback, and tracking partner goals to support student career navigation.

Location: Must be based in West Palm Beach, Florida

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage the complete school partner relationship from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school superintendents, principals, and counselors.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and deepen engagement within existing schools.
  • Gather and relay partner feedback to inform platform improvements.
  • Develop and track annual partner goals, including analyzing student and family participation data.
  • Conduct onsite visits for onboarding, touchpoints, and professional development support.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in West Palm Beach, Florida.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to travel to schools for meetings and support.
  • Proven flexibility to learn and work with new technology and systems.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in education as a high school educator, counselor, or college access advisor.
  • Previous experience in a Partner Success or Partnerships role.
