Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage the complete school partner relationship from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school superintendents, principals, and counselors.
• Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and deepen engagement within existing partner schools.
• Gather and relay product feedback to inform platform improvements.
• Develop and track annual partner goals by analyzing student and family participation data.
• Travel to schools for onboarding meetings and professional development support.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to travel to schools for onsite visits and meetings.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Partner Success or Partnerships role.
• Background in education as a high school educator, counselor, or college access advisor.
