What you will do
- Lead strategic high-profile litigation including Judicial Review and High Court proceedings.
- Represent major trade unions in complex multi-claimant employment tribunal cases.
- Develop and test the boundaries of employment law to challenge unfair practices.
- Mentor and develop junior legal advisors within the Trade Union Law Group.
- Collaborate with union members to secure justice and implement legal reforms.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or FILEX with 7+ years PQE.
- Strong expertise in employment law and litigation.
- Deep commitment to social justice and the trade union movement.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office (Hybrid).
- Sharp legal mind with sound judgment and attention to detail.
