What you will do

• Lead strategic high-profile litigation including Judicial Review and High Court proceedings.
• Represent major trade unions in complex multi-claimant employment tribunal cases.
• Develop and test the boundaries of employment law to challenge unfair practices.
• Mentor and develop junior legal advisors within the Trade Union Law Group.
• Collaborate with union members to secure justice and implement legal reforms.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or FILEX with 7+ years PQE.
• Strong expertise in employment law and litigation.
• Deep commitment to social justice and the trade union movement.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office (Hybrid).
• Sharp legal mind with sound judgment and attention to detail.
