hirify.global (Overtime.ai) is an AI-first platform transforming the receivables management industry through voice AI and automation.

What you will do

  • Build pipeline through strategic partnerships, industry relationships, and targeted outreach.
  • Develop early-stage opportunities and manage the transition into the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and manage strategic partners to drive distribution and embedded adoption.
  • Build and manage beta and pilot programs to convert early users into paying customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships across healthcare and financial services.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on target markets and priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, fintech, or receivables management.
  • Proven experience building partnerships or new revenue channels.
  • Strong communication skills and an established industry presence.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the United States
