TL;DR

OEM/Reseller Account Executive (Fintech): Driving net-new business by identifying, negotiating, and closing OEM and reseller agreements with banks, fintechs, and infrastructure providers with an accent on complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Focus on building a robust partnership pipeline, structuring commercial terms, and collaborating with internal teams to scale the AI risk decisioning platform.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote-first culture with US-specific benefits).

What you will do

  • Own a quota for net-new OEM and reseller agreements from sourcing to activation.
  • Drive end-to-end commercial negotiations including pricing, legal redlines, and deal structure.
  • Engage C-suite and product decision-makers at core banking, LOS/LMS, and BaaS providers.
  • Develop and execute account plans for high-priority target partners.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to define technical scope and SLAs.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of net-new logo acquisition.
  • Experience selling into or through financial technology companies or infrastructure platforms.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in structuring non-standard commercial agreements like rev-share or platform fees.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (US-based benefits and 401k provided).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience closing OEM, white-label, or embedded software partnerships.
  • Background in fraud, AML, credit risk, or compliance technology.
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company.
  • Existing relationships within core banking, LOS, or BaaS platforms.
