What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing Client Success team of managers and senior leads.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships and develop account-specific growth strategies.
  • Drive retention and revenue growth through proactive portfolio management and contract renegotiations.
  • Lead Business Reviews with C-suite and senior HR/Finance stakeholders to demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute member growth strategies and reduce churn.
  • Integrate AI tools into team workflows to improve productivity and decision-making quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven experience in Client/Customer Success or B2B Account Management, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
  • Experience managing people managers or senior team leads.
  • Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder accounts involving HR, Finance, and C-suite.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Background in the wellness, benefits, or HR technology sector.
  • Advanced experience with CRM platforms.
