What you will do

• Assist in the management and development of partner relationships.
• Coordinate tasks for outsourcing teams and create detailed instructions.
• Manage communications with partners and synthesize feedback.
• Oversee the project for news channels.
• Handle partner requests, including onboarding and FAQ support.
• Support operations within CRM chats.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2+).
• Proficiency in Russian (C1+).
• Experience in negotiations, working with contractors, and claims handling.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
