TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). Must be available to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm New York time.

What you will do

  • Manage qualified inbound leads provided by the internal team.
  • Conduct daily client communication primarily through calls (80–90%) and email follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including pipeline updates and communication history.
  • Provide professional and timely support to U.S.-based clients throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in full-cycle closing roles.
  • English: C1+ / near-native proficiency required for daily calls.
  • Must be available for work during New York business hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Ability to learn technical product details for custom glass solutions.
