What you will do
- Manage qualified inbound leads provided by the internal team.
- Conduct daily client communication primarily through calls (80–90%) and email follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including pipeline updates and communication history.
- Provide professional and timely support to U.S.-based clients throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in full-cycle closing roles.
- English: C1+ / near-native proficiency required for daily calls.
- Must be available for work during New York business hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to learn technical product details for custom glass solutions.
