What you will do

  • Lead and develop deep connections with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
  • Own the account P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to minimize renewal erosion and expand service scope.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust go-to-market pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to ensure flawless execution from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Maintain high standards of account compliance and reputation management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
  • 5+ years of experience in running account P&L.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Strong experience with revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationship management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Previous sales experience in technical solutions.
