What you will do
- Lead and develop deep connections with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
- Own the account P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to minimize renewal erosion and expand service scope.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust go-to-market pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to ensure flawless execution from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain high standards of account compliance and reputation management.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- 5+ years of experience in running account P&L.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Strong experience with revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationship management.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Previous sales experience in technical solutions.
