What you will do
- Drive inbound and outbound sales to acquire new clients for the Ads platform.
- Develop and execute multi-format advertising campaign strategies including video, display, and native ads.
- Own and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets for a portfolio of high-value partners.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers.
- Lead campaign performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to maximize client ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with International Ads, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- English: C1+ required (Resume must be submitted in English).
- 4+ years of experience in digital media or advertising platforms.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end digital advertising sales for enterprise-level brands.
- Strong understanding of programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystems and performance metrics like CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Must be available for a hybrid work model in Sao Paulo.
