Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Drive inbound and outbound sales to acquire new clients for the hirify.global Ads platform.
  • Develop and execute multi-format advertising campaign strategies including video, display, and native ads.
  • Own and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets for a portfolio of high-value partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers.
  • Lead campaign performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to maximize client ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with International Ads, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ required (Resume must be submitted in English).
  • 4+ years of experience in digital media or advertising platforms.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end digital advertising sales for enterprise-level brands.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystems and performance metrics like CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Must be available for a hybrid work model in Sao Paulo.

  • Native Spanish proficiency.
  • Portuguese proficiency.
