What you will do

• Lead the Navigation Hub Team, providing direct oversight, coaching, and professional development for 14 analysts.
• Execute forecasting and planning cycles, acting as the primary consolidator and validator of figures for ECoE submission.
• Optimize back-end data flows and ensure transparency in investment effectiveness as the Data Guardian.
• Drive automation and system optimization as a Digital Champion within the federated operating model.
• Coordinate across matrixed groups to translate complex financial data into clear senior-level insights.
• Oversee tactical month-end close (MEC), overhead allocation, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting with a proven track record in team management.
• Expert-level proficiency in complex ERPs, specifically SAP or Oracle.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and maintaining data architecture integrity.
• Must be based in South San Francisco, CA; relocation benefits are not available.
